I went to every single appointment. I had 4 pregnancy apps I read religiously. I googled every question I had. I did the birth prep class at the hospital. I thought I was totally prepared.
I was so wrong.
It was traumatic.
I was incredibly uninformed, my plan was laughable, and I did nothing to truly prepare my mind and body.
BUT NOW
I LOVE giving birth. I had my fourth baby in my living room and it was literally MAGICAL.
I can't wait to do it again one day.
